My experience at kool smile was pleasant the staff was very friendly especially the girl at the front desk myra she was courteous and patient helping me fill out new patient forms.
I was very happy with my visit today .I recommend this office to my family and friends. I will return for the next visit
Today I had an appointment and my daughter did too, they were so nice and took care of everything. Answered all the questions i asked them. I recommend this dentist to everyone.
For all our visits my daughter is treated really good , they do very good with kids .. we both love it there����
Impressive group of professionals. The Doctor was kind and gentle. No pain at all. The Assistants were pleasant and informative. The Receptionist was ready as soon as I walked out with my new appointment. One of the Managers was cleaning up the lobby and making kids laugh. Just an overall great experience.
I had a cleaning appointment today. The office is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Connie cleaned my teeth and Ashley took my X-rays. Ashley is a great assistant and I didn't gag once! Connie and the rest of the staff were wonderful. I really trust Dr Sheraz to give me great care and honest information!
My 5 year old daughter had a cavity that I could see so I brought her there to have it fixed. Abby was so caring and loving to my daughter and helped make her experience a good memory. She even took her to get a special prize because she did fantastic. Dr sheraz was amazing with her and very gentle!
Very nice staff, very gentle with my child made sure he was comfortable and made sure he knew what was going on throughout the entire time
This office was clean and the staff were very helpful and professional. Dr Yu is awesome he had me in and out of there in no time flat and I felt no pain and I'm afraid of the dentist. He was supportive and kept me clam. His dental assistant Abby Diaz explained the whole process to me and treated me with great care. I recommend this team at Kool Smiles Holyoke. Nice work.
