Short wait, and pleasant staff.
DO NOT GO HERE! It’s a scam! They charge you for an urgent care visit and an emergency room visit. Why even go to urgent care then?? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!
They billed me twice. Once for an ER visit AND an urgent care visit. I appealed with my insurance and won. They owe me $160 and are not being cooperative with my insurance.
This scam office billed me as an emergency when it was a regular walk in with a complaint of heel pain. I saw a PA/MD who simply referred me to a podiatrist and then billed me as an emergency! I wouldn’t go to this place on a dare, very dishonest. I have been working for six months to get this company to correct their coding error and re-bill FedBCBS.
Of course they get busy and I've been in there for Urgent Care reasons and have never had a problem. I do all my CAT scans and MRIs there as well and everyone in that building are friendly, and they make me feel like they really care.
