Probably not the complex for you if you order anything online. No cameras in any delivery hubs, or any public locations for that matter, to hold anyone accountable for stealing. Very disappointing
They will try and extort money out of you at move out. We have phone records and audio recordings and transcripts confirming our move out well ahead of the 60 day deadline, and yet they will try to argue you did not do it right. It is clearly stated in the text message communications that you can talk to the leasing staff for move out and yet they claim we did not have it in "writing" even through they allow you to move out multiple ways like via the app. They will selectively apply the lease or ignore it to their convenienc... read more

Terrible experience with the leasing office after move-out Despite providing written confirmation of my move-out date, they arbitrarily deducted $782 from my security deposit, claiming a short-notice penalty — something they never disclosed when approving my move-out.
