If you value your peace and sleep, DO NOT MOVE TO CORTLAND CARY. Your complaints of the noise from other tenants will be ignored. If it’s children who are running and stomping above you, they wont do anything about it. Forget the other fake reviews, you’ve been warned.. STAY AWAY ! You will be miserable here. Cortland is going downhill. They offer no real solutions. Do not believe any of the responses they write to reviews. IF they decide to actually assist this time, I will update this review. Again, you’ve been warned!!!!
Terrible experience with the leasing office after move-out Despite providing written confirmation of my move-out date, they arbitrarily deducted $782 from my security deposit, claiming a short-notice penalty — something they never disclosed when approving my move-out. Clean community with the standard amenities. What really stood out was my tour guide Tyquez, who offered an informative and friendly tour. I appreciate how welcoming and professional he was!!
My experience at Cortland Cary has unfortunately been far below expectations (lived there almost 2 years) While the community visually presents itself as a secure, well-maintained, and smoke-free environment, my time here revealed significant and ongoing issues that have not been adequately addressed despite multiple reports to management.
