I have been living at cortland cary for about 6 months. I have had a great experience. Anything that breaks, they fix IMMEDIATELY. Building is clean & cozy. If you are looking for a good place to live with a good price tag for the rent, cortland cary is the place!!!! Im soo glad i found this property. Close to the airport as well. And the property is in a GOOD area.
Thankfully we are moving out but this is the third time my husband and I have gotten our packages stolen with management saying “report it missing” lol.
Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I leased here for one year And it was a very good apartment complex, Neighborhood, and town. Very close to anything I needed, but far enough a way to give me a breath of fresh air and my own space. The wife and I had a dog, Which led to many play dates in the community and with other tenants. This was a very friendly community while also being very private. And shout out to my favorite maintenance man David M. Who always took care of any issues, though there weren’t many.
Been here for about 3 years. Wonderful and safe place to live ! Excellent Maintenance team . Alvaro and the guys are always so friendly and helpful!! The leasing office staff are great as well. Everyone down to the cleaning woman have been pleasant to interact with 😊
Alvaro in maintenance has been great. Anytime we have an issue he helps us right away even when he is really busy. Thanks Alvaro! We enjoy living here but would really like to have less turnover in staff. Alvaro has been here quite a while and we really appreciate that. He knows the property and is so helpful.
