I have had an intake appointment for 2 weeks and my husband rescheduled important meetings and took the day off to be available for it. 1 week ago they called me about an insurance issue in which I called them back twice and left voicemails to resolve with no response back. Not even 24 hours before appointment I received a cancellation. After asking on our local moms group apparently already clients have been in waiting rooms 10 minutes before therapy session, only to get canceled then. Trying to talk to anyone at the front desk is impossible. After a lengthy introduction message none of the options work to speak to someone at the clinic, not good.
UPDATE: after two years, I tried out Cortica again. I was introduced to someone in the company who promised better service. While we were able to meet with a neurologist (who I like), still… services are unavailable. The waitlists are 8-12 months. When we were finally assigned an ABA therapist, the morning of our first appointment I received an email to confirm the arrival time and then another email an hour later to say she was no longer available to work with us!
