Great service, fair price in a timely manner. Kept me informed about the repairs every step of the way. No surprises and great customer service. Followed up on how everything was going after the repairs. That kind of service is hard to come by nowadays.

We took a 1982 pick up into Cortez to have the gas tanks replaced. The mechanics replace the gas tanks, and cold for us to pick up the truck, and stated that the truck would not start. We had to call a wrecker to pick up the truck, and take it to another mechanic where they found that the hoses were crimped Where they installed the hoses and the tanks. We had to pay $325 to another mechanic for the same job and when we asked Roy to reimburse that amount only, he became upset and would not give us any money back. They did not... read more
