Unfortunate that there's nothing that can be done when the fridge is completely broken. Several other units up for sale with working fridges. Maintenance refused to contact supervisor to make an easy fix. All food spoiled. No working fridge in a unit not considered an emergency. Poor service and no resolution. Been a resident for several years here and it's disappointing how if the role was reversed no one would want all of their food to go spoiled. The fridge measures 60 degrees. A operable fridge measures half of that.
I've lived here since august. I have a special needs son and a handicap husband. The parking is impossible including handicap! People just park in the handicap no matter what. I was supposed to be put on a waiting list for a carport back in August but they never put our names down so they just added us on this month. No "I'm sorry" no let me try to bump you up, nothing. The neighbors that moved in after us just got a carport out of no where. It's been super frustrating. You will not find parking past 4pm here. Forget leaving... read more

Leasing process was smooth and easy. Office staff, in special Lisa, are friendly and responsive to questions or concerns. I submitted a maintenance request as soon as I moved in and was taking care of in couple of days. The apartment has a pretty good layout and good natural lighting.
