We have lived at Cortesia Apartments for a few years and decided to transfer from a two to a three bedroom apartment. The team at the leasing office are always very friendly. I was late on getting my information over to the office and Lisa was very helpful, patient and understanding and helped us get in to our new on our move in date even though it was Saturday. This rating is in response to a new Cortesia office team member Asher. He patiently listened, understood and assessed my concern regarding the parking lot situation we have noticed in the past few years. He agreed to submit a group chat message to his staff in regards to getting cars ticketed and towed that take up precious tenant spots that haven't moved in months or years and have expired tags. Thanks for your prompt response!! Justin M.
