I have complain about the water in the sink getting smaller 4th days ago, no somebody coming for fixed!!! While I really need the water to flow properly, because I have to wash the cooking and eating utensils that have been used. If you live in this apartment, be prepared to get bad service!!!
I wanted to share my experience I had with Asher this morning. I’m not the most tech savvy person and dealing with maintenance apps isn’t easy for me. Somehow I got Asher on the phone and was treated with respect and patience. He got me all set up and it is so appreciated. Thank you Asher!

We have lived at Cortesia Apartments for a few years and decided to transfer from a two to a three bedroom apartment. The team at the leasing office are always very friendly. I was late on getting my information over to the office and Lisa was very helpful, patient and understanding and helped us get in to our new on our move in date even though it was Saturday. Over the years the Bill in maintenance and Lisa have always provided us with excellent service. We also love the beautiful community surrounding us. Highly recommend... read more
