Very rude and not professional especially when it comes to questions he doesn't want to answer questions. I also didn't find the business license of this business.
We had the easiest buying experience with Cortes Motors. Moti was excellent. He seems pretty honest and friendly. We made appt to look at their 2017 Kia Optima and he accommodated Sunday. We liked the car put out deposit and came back Tuesday night and paid the balance. We were in and out within an hour total! Highly recommend!
Very bad service and they called my brothers car stupid very unprofessional and this behavior from a company should not be tolerated
Very rude and not professional when speaking to customers. Inquired about a car on Offerup and was called stupid and even insulted my car. It is very obvious this dealership does not like money.
