Sadly lived here for 3 years. First year was not too bad, then everything went downhill when a group of kids thrown an object at my bedroom window, completely shattering the window. Took him 3 months to replace it and not do the other repairs as intended. He refuses to renew the lease. There is a bug problem, roaches, he says we have to take care of it ourselves and its our fault that we have roaches. There's little to no hot water about 95% of the time. We've tried to work with him, he won't work with us. Seems like he won'... read more
