After several years at Corte Madera Mini Storage, the only thing consistently upgraded is the rent. Four rate increase notices in under three years — a 37% spike from the rate we agreed to in late 2023 — with zero capital improvements to show for it. Same worn facility, same janky stairs, same nothing. Communication is equally impressive: emails routinely go unanswered for a week or more, requiring multiple follow-ups to get any response. The beginning was not a good situation. I really dislike there isn't anyone there on property. I was given the wrong gate code, then given the wrong lock code. And on top of that have to arrange to have someone come meet me to give the lock back, or I have to pay an extra $5/ month.. other than that. I love the location, price, and customer service was easy and very helpful and friendly

Office has winter hours for service by a human- not posted online. Ads all over the building for 24 hr rental- did an online rental during building operation hours. Code didn’t work. Number posted on door is out of service. Called number on text confirmation and got a call center. After a bit, got a temporary code, as code sent needs to be activated in office, but no one on site.
