Now for several weeks of leaving many texts and several voicemails I can’t get any response from the office. I even tried to postpone my last appointment and reschedule but no luck with that. Now that date has come and gone and still have heard nothing. Time to move on. I would like for them to email me my dental records at least.

I started seeing Dr. Young early last year. I always checked and confirmed my position of payment before every service was done. And I always paid after each service and before I walked out of her dental office. The week before Thanksgiving, I suddenly received an over due bill of $245 from her and there was no details on the bill. I knew it was a mistake as I didn’t owe anything so I called. I walked in the office a month prior looking for a new dentist because my insurance company suggested this office as in network dentist. The front desk at the dental office checked my insurance and also confirmed the dental office accepts it as in-network plan. I then made an appointment as a new patient for routine checkup.
