My son went for an advertised cleaning for $39 and ended up with a bill over $300. He is active duty military home on leave and wanted to get a simple cleaning since he may be deployed when he returns and didn't have time to wait for an appt on base. Their job is to up sale patients. Just a horrible way of doing business for a health profession. BEWARE!
Just switched to Cortaro smiles, my husband went in for his first visit and was there for three hours. first visits can take time and it’s understandable. But they charged him $97 (insurance price is $14 copay) for teeth cleaning, and he can still feel plaque under his permanent retainer. let me emphasize that he is very hygienic and diligent with teeth cleaning yet still requires the standard cleaning every 6 months(permanent retainer problems) The hygienist spent 12 minutes of that three hours with the actual teeth cleanin... read more

Cortaro Smiles is amazing. Melissa Tucker is my hygienist and she should come to work in a cape and tights because she is a SUPERHERO! She is an amazing person and does everything she can to make me feel relaxed in a situation that causes me severe stress and anxiety. She never "shames me" or says or does anything to make me feel less than comfortable. She is amazing!
Thank you so much to Melissa Tucker for coming back early from her lunch to get me numbed before my crown. She is the gentlest of all shot-givers and always puts me at ease! Dr. Guo did my crown and he and the whole team did everything they could to make it go smoothly for me. I get very anxious at the dentist office in general but this team helped me get through it.
They care about their patients alot and make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of. In my situation they went above and beyond any other dentist would have. I had an emergency endo, they fit me in that day and even stayed an hour late!!!
I love Cortaro Smiles! The clinicians are superb, the management is on point and the staff is so genuinely caring!
