RecommendedI don't know if you have ever had your back aligned, but WOW! Pinched or pulled something in my back Tuesday at the gym. Thought I would just sleep it off just so when I go to bed I couldn't even move without it hurting and being up all night. Went to my PCP and she suggested seeing a chiropractor, and glad I did. Back feels better, I feel better, and now ready to actually get a full night of sleep.
