Recommendedcannot give these guys just five stars. If we could give 10 I would give 12. The sewer main line broke between my home and the city pipe. I had an estimate for $9,000 to dig up my entire yard pull out all of my bricks and retaining wall and replace the line. I called General Plumbing because they offer trenchless replacement. they came out on a Wednesday gave me a much lower estimate and they were here by Friday morning to fix it. Amazing company. It all started with a clogged toilet on a April day. And to my surprise, I had a collapsed sewer. General plumbing and rooter were able to do a pipe burst with out digging up my entire yard. Very very cool. Thanks guys. Great customer satisfaction. Will call for all my plumbing needs
Jaime Reyes just saved my life - I feel kinda stupid because I didn't know how to turn off the broken sprinkler - but if I didn't call someone right away, we were about to have a bigger issue. I called the after hours number and within a few minutes of my phone call Jamie came out and turned off the sprinkler. He was kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you, Jaime! Reyes! 5-star service!
Great job General! My water heater pilot light would not stay lit, I figured it was a broken thermal coupler and I needed it repaired asap. I called General based on a recommendation. Fatima was great, they had a tech (Jorge) scheduled the same morning and he repaired it quickly with no problem. (It took my father-in-law and myself half a day and lots of frustration to replace the last one!) General and Jorge were very professional all the way around. Thanks to their team!
