I spent half an hour on the phone trying to place an order, only to be transferred from one person to another several times, sent to voicemail, and had the phone hung up on me twice. I finally reached an agent, but instead of answering my two simple questions—whether I could pick it up today and if my handyman could pick it up instead—an agent kept interrupting and insisting on getting my email. I was ready to give them my business, but they made it impossible.
