I got a one-bedroom apartment after being on the waitlist for about 2 years. They offered me the apartment in mid-February with a 3-day notice to accept the lease, which started on March 1st. Since I already had an ongoing lease off campus, I had to pay for 2 apartments for 4 months, which was a bummer. But as soon as I moved in, it was a nice experience. Great. A campus housing that is more expensive than outside. I cannot wait to move out after my lease term is over. They are increasing the rent by $100 every year. Also parking is far away so you have to carry your stuff, it gets noisy, and no central heating so you have to wake up in the middle of the night setting temperatures across all 3 rooms otherwise it won't work. This place is overhyped and not worth it. PS: I forgot to mention their stupid tiny useless closets.
