My first time seeing Dr. Louis
I was turned away because I misplaced my insurance card. I logged into the insurance website and asked to show them my information from there but they said without a card I couldn’t do the appointment. An appointment that I was referred to by my optometrist because one of my pupils doubled in size… Staff was unpleasant and it smelled like mothballs in the waiting room.
I have no experience with these doctors since I couldn't even make it past scheduling. I called to make an appointment after being referred for some eye pain/itching I was experiencing. As a new patient the earliest appt that was offered was over 5 weeks away. I explained this was for a current issue and asked if they had anything soon like this week. I was very pleased with Dr. Petro and the staff at Corrective Eye Center. I now have vision in my eyes that I thought I had lost forever.
I went to see Dr Louis for my 2nd Eye Exam and they made me feel so welcome I will definitely be back
