It's really sad when you take time off of work for an appointment. You arrive early to be told they are not taking any more appointments because they are switching to a new system. No phone call, no email or text letting me know the appointment had to be rescheduled. I guess the patients time is not important to them. Angry and disappointed in their unprofessionalism
I saw Dr. Sherman for follow-up after recent cataract surgery. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and he and the office went out of their way to schedule additional follow-up appointments.
Dr. Thomas is thorough, patient, and makes sure you fully understand every part of a procedure. She has a gentle but efficient manner. She makes you feel as if you are as important as a family member. Highly recommend.
We take our son here for his routine eye exams and the doctors and team have been great! An excellent place to take your child, if you are looking for a new Eye Doctor.
