Needed year end statement of rental property for tax purposes, but never received anything. Tried to contact them via phone, several times but no answer, couldn't even leave a message!.Finally decided to go in person (I live 60 miles away) but there was no one in the office, door was locked. Went next door to inquire and lady tried to get a hold of the person in charge but had no luck. This is not a good way to do business. Not happy with this company.
