I had tried a pair of Corral boots on about 6 months ago and fell in love. However, the 13" shaft height doesn't fit my calves. Thinking of ordering a pair, there are only 2 stores in my area that carry them, but the website didn't show the shaft height. I emailed for information and in less than 24 hrs, I received a reply from Bella with complete specs on the boots that I requested - it wasn't a link of a generic list, it was a list of the 8 styles I inquired about. Great service!
