I have multiple pairs of Corral boots, one pair being my wedding boots which I special ordered from a local boot store in my town. I absolutely love my Corral boots, they've been my favorite brand for a few years now. I get a new pair every year because I love the durability of them!
They need to make more children sizes

I own 27 pairs off boots and most of the collection is made up of corral, they are comfy, look good and last forever!! I love my corrals
I have 3 pairs of the boots that the sole came loose from the foot. I contacted corral directly provide pictures with purchase dates. Was advised if receipts could be provided they would do even exchanges. Which they back out on saying I could even exchange 1 pair and get a discount for new purchases. Not doing the exchange or buying any more of the boots. Changing brands for sure. I've always been loyal to their boots but found out it only goes one way.
I recently purchased my first pairs of Corral Boots, which I loved, but I experienced a minor defect with my pair. I emailed customer service and received a very quick response from Laura. She diligently and kindly helped me through the return process and Corral sent me a new pair of boots. I am incredibly impressed with the service I received...truly top-notch! AND...I love my boots! Thank you!!
Corral Boots stands behind their product, no matter what. I had the absolute best customer service experience after submitting an issue online. I was really worried that I wasn't going to be helped when I initially wrote in. I have been blown away with their response and the willingness to correct the issue I had. I will be a Corral Boot customer for life.
