The staff is top notch! ! Kind, bubbly, and take time to connect with you. We had an emergency where my daughters two front teeth broken in half. Everyone was calm and loving to help relax my daughter. Not only that but we are over the moon with how they got us in immediately and also fixed her teeth (and she loved them). I was having some tooth pain so I utilized the convenient online appointment page on Friday afternoon to reach out to the office. Now I know the office is closed Friday afternoon so I knew I wouldn't receive a call back until Monday. So imagine my surprise when an hour or so later (Friday afternoon) my phone rings and it's Dr. Ralph checking in with me. I LOVE MY DENTIST!!! Another visit to the dentist. Doctor Katie was wonderful when she did my crown on January 2nd. The whole appointment took 2 hours and 15 minutes and I walked out with my permanent crown. No need for a temporary crown and a return visit. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Her dental assistant Kathy was also kind and caring. I am so glad to be a patient of Dr Katie!
