Please please do NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! They did not report my daughter’s shot record to the Texas Department so when it came to her going to college she needed to be given the shot Again! Since then I moved to a new dr and now my 17 yr old is being told she is missing her 12 yr shot I called the school to pick it up and luckily they have proof that she was given these shots. But TOTS AND TEENS AGAIN did not report these shots to the state!
Love waiting an hr to be seen. New doctor every time we come and all seem to hate kids lol
It’s literally 8:17 AM and they still won’t answer phones, they have there automated system on still. When I’m there with a appointment they have us waiting over a hour for the doctor. Which a toddler can’t really handle in a small room with nothing to do. After this I’m switching her pediatricians for sure.
