I had a very disappointing experience. Dr. J was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. During my visit without my husband, she made unprofessional remarks toward me. This was in stark contrast to my initial appointment for my son’s newborn visit, where my husband was present and she was kind, attentive, and informative. Dr. Borchard is the best! He takes his time with all his patients. Absolutely love Tots and Teens.
So, I have been taking my kids to this place for over 15 years, today was the first time we had the best bed side manner with a PA, she was compassionate, listened to our concerns. She is absolutely the best, she was in a rush, and wasn't Ms, "know it all"
