Their prescription pick up policy is ridiculous. They screwed up the prescription, then tell us ( when we get there to pick up the new one) it can only be picked up on Thursday or Friday morning. I get here at 8 am (when they open) on Friday morning, only to be told that now I have to wait till 9 am for the nurse to get here. What's the point of opening at 8 if your staff isn't here until 9. This place needs to be reported to the medical association.
