Absolutely the best! Always there when I couldn’t be and trusted like family!
No one ever showed up for a visit except the initial visit after being discharged from hospital.
Sad to report but CC Healthcare at Home does NOT hold their employees responsible for following rules or protocol. After speaking several times w various levels of authority, they've chosen not to care to hold their employee accountable and this has cost them both our respect and continued business. We prefer companies who care and actually stand up for their patients/clients, especially since most are elderly/high needs. 👎
Wish I could give a higher rating to your health care facility. On behalf of the Cruz family we want to thank your Nurses Corina, Vanessa, Linda for all there help, with the care of our dear Jorge. This facility donated their time, their nurses for uncle Jorge's care. They guided our family when we didn't know what steps to take in with our ill family member.
