All I have to say is I wouldn’t take my Stitchy poo ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They go above and beyond to make ur pet comfortable. When he was a pup he had parvo, they took care of him and got him all better. Today I had to call in an apt for him ASAP. He ended up having a twisted testicle and needed to hv emergency surgery to be neutered. They got him in and out with no trouble!! I thought this was the best vet in town until I had to take my baby in for a surgery because he swallowed a button I felt ok With leaving him with them well the next day I went to pick him up you would think They would put a cone on him for him not to lick his stitches but nope she just handed him to me and told me to make sure he doesn’t lick it . My older dog Abby had been hurting for a week with neck, joint muscle pain. She could not bend down to eat, or walk down the steps. Dr. Wallek recommendEd acupuncture. Dr. Shores did one treatment on Abby and she has gone 48 hours with no pain and being as before. I can't thank your staff enough for helping our Abby. I was told to go there and I was not impressed by the staff and their attitudes. after annual appointment I was given a pet prescription that I could not fill through any online company to save money. then when I try to file it on their website I am declined for prescribation since they can't verify I have a prescription. I hope this company shuts down during the virus and never opens again. worst vet I have ever been too.
