My experience in this building has been extremely disappointing. The sound insulation is far below reasonable expectations. I can clearly hear the upstairs child calling for their parents, playing with toys, dropping balls, and running back and forth. The impact noise is so loud that even with earplugs, I have been woken up from sleep. The cost is NON-REFUNDABLE and they stick you with additional fees - a 150 CLEANING FEE AND 600 DEPOSIT. They make you wait for OVER 30 MIN AFTER ASKING YOU TO NOTIFY THEM 45 MINUTES IN ADVANCE BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE BOTTLED WATER OR LAY OUT ANY TOWELS FOR YOU.
