Corporate Stays has been consistently disappointing. I’ve stayed with them multiple times, and each experience has involved poor or nonexistent cleaning, extremely weak communication, and no real accountability when issues come up. When mistakes are clearly on their end, the responses feel cheap and performative rather than practical or fair. Cleaning services has been great thus far! Service in relation to queries has also been excellent where requests I had was attended to in short turn around time. Gem Medonis was friendly and really professional in her communication and efficient in assisting me with having my queries resolved.
