This has been an amazing experience for my wife and me, as newcomers to Calgary. Having such a confortable space, with agile attention to details from the concierge is a relief for the stress of the first weeks in a new country. Thanks concierge team (Gem, Salee, Kawtar, Manuel, and Maria Lourdes). Corporate stays was pretty embarrassing. The Underwood was awful, bleak, terrible. It was unprofessional and inexperienced communication. They gave me terrible check-in instructions. They forgot the parking fob which was impossible to enter the building with suitcases. Nothing worked. Once I was inside the apartment, it was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Corporate stays were very accommodating during our stay due to flooding. We were able to extend the booking multiple times due to the contractors working on our place delaying. The staff responses were all very prompt and very friendly. Manuel Gallego, Maria, Sarah, Salee, Blessie, and Gem were all very helpful!
