Stayed in one of their apartments for years with everything going on well. However, during our last month there this company had a dispute with the owner of the apartment and charged us rent they were not entitled to collect. Took us a lot of efforts to get a refund. Would never rent through them. Integrity means nothing to them.

The washing machine in my unit was not working, however Mark and Ateeb inspected it, diagnosed it and altogether replaced it, not too longer after that. I’d like to extend my gratitude to Gem Mendones, Mark and Ateeb for their assistance on this matter.

Nous avons réservé un condo au Underwood pour deux nuits. Bel immeuble et bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville et des stades de sports. Belle terrasse sur le toit et spacieux. Par contre, une seule débarbouillette et nous étions deux. Pas de linge ni produit pour laver le comptoir de cuisine. Ce dernier était encore sale. Les planchers étaient sales, surtout celui dernier la salle de bain, des gouttes séchées au sol étaient apparente. Il n’y avait pas la table et les 4 chaises que nous voyons sur les photos.
