Not only were Randy and Jim very responsive, but they provided exceptional work and made every effort to ensure everything was taken care of efficiently and professionally. didn't show up for our appointment and never called. we called the following day and still no response.
Jim did arrive on time to initial inspection. 1st red flag, didn't examine house just handed us a fancy packet and didnt seem to listen to us. Faxed over our insurance docs as they requested and waited a week. We heard nothing back. I called my insurance and they also never heard from them but approved the work based on pictures I sent. Emailed Jim to tell him this and 2nd red flag, now he wants a deposit and an environmental hygienist. This place is a joke don’t use these so called professional contractors tore out my parents place and have not done anything else and then when they complained to them about waiting so long they decided not to continue doing the job Total Restoration is a money sucking non professional bunch of scam artists DO NOT USE THEM RIP OFF ARTISTS save your money and go elsewhere
