Wish I could give zero stars, this is a horrible company. I had my identity stolen two years ago and a loan was taken out through Lendmark with my name, along with a bunch of other companies. Every company cleared the loan from my name as soon as I showed the proper documentation, yet after TWO YEARS Lendmark still hasn’t despite extensive and obvious evidence that I didn’t take out the loan. I’m on the verge of having to take them to court. They are completely incompetent from top to bottom

The first couple of years I dealt with this company was okay, Once I lost my job in September they became irrational! I found another job but making less money than my previous job. I was making my payments after the due date but still within the month the payment was due that’s when customer service at the MATTHEWS, NC location became hostile. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service. I was sold my loan under false pretenses, and they have all of my information wrong on my account. I was told there's "nothing they can do about it, its just how their company works" i cannot WAIT to get out of this robbery of a loan and away from this company.

Lendmark has assisted me in difficult times and I have paid them out everytime . The interest rate may be high but the benefits pay off in time
