Run away as fast as you can! Absolutely terrible to deal with! I use online bill pay through my bank and the bank pays them from my account the 1st of every month which is a couple weeks early. There has been a couple of payments they claim I hadn’t made. I showed bank statements where it came out of my account the 2 months in question and even Proof Of Electronic Payment receipt that was generated when they deposited into their account. Wish I could give zero stars, this is a horrible company. I had my identity stolen two years ago and a loan was taken out through Lendmark with my name, along with a bunch of other companies. Every company cleared the loan from my name as soon as I showed the proper documentation, yet after TWO YEARS Lendmark still hasn’t despite extensive and obvious evidence that I didn’t take out the loan. I’m on the verge of having to take them to court. They are completely incompetent from top to bottom

The first couple of years I dealt with this company was okay, Once I lost my job in September they became irrational! I found another job but making less money than my previous job. I was making my payments after the due date but still within the month the payment was due that’s when customer service at the MATTHEWS, NC location became hostile.
