Awful association and many empty promises. My company operates over 40 furnished apartment rentals in Montreal. After consulting with them, I was told of how extensive their network has and how many leads I would receive if I subscribed and became an "official provider". I paid over 1500$ CAD and after 8 months, I only received 1 lead! Don't waste your money!
