Restful in every way-beautiful setting listening to birds from screened porch, top notch bed and bedding, and gadgets galore to make life easy. Everything was provided so we didn’t have to pack household items during our remodel. Thanks for a great stay and accommodating owners!
CHBO was very professional, thorough, efficient and patient in my dealings with them as a potential tenant. I would definitely recommend them to an owner seeking a broker or a prospective tenant seeking a rental.
Overall a Nice place. Very good location in SW Portland. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. When issues came up w appliances they were eventually fixed. No major issues though. Plumbing and hot water and heat and internet did not fail at all. Replaced AC unit in a timely manner. Building is ancient and you hear literally every step that the upstairs neighbors take as a loud creaking. Bedroom adjacent to a moderately busy street w noise that is routine.
