Current resident here, and if I could give zero stars to the management, I would. I moved across the country for this place, drawn in by the location. The area is fantastic — the building, however, is an absolute disaster, and management’s lack of accountability makes it worse. The front doors? Constantly sticking. I once got locked outside in 90-degree heat without my keys while taking my dog out, trapped until another resident came by. The Butterfly entry system? Unreliable at best. We just moved in and are loving the place. Our in-unit washer broke and Tony Nollie came in and fixed quickly. Much appreciated!
