Pharmacy sent them a renewal for thyroid med. Original script from doctor there. Gave me a month's supply with no repeats. After 2 weeks of waiting on a new script, they sent me an email saying I have to pay 25 dollars per renewal or a 100 dollar annual fee. This is a sneaky practice to gauge already broke Canadians for more money. Unbelievable. Only came here because my doctor of 30 years retired. Saw her right away, and had my scripts renewed as soon as they were faxed. Would not recommend this place.
I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Rawal as my family doctor. They are incredibly understanding, patient, and always take the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. They never answered my calls when I was a patient here. The doctor was really nice, though. I made this appt through the online platform as contacting the front desk is impossible. When I was here for my appt, I asked why they never answer the phones and the girl said “we have people in the back answering phones.” Sure ya do. It’s unfortunate that the front desk is ruining the quality of this office.
