I wasn’t too sure about this place initially based on previous reviews but wanted to check it out anyway since the photos looked nice, the great location & of course, affordability. I am so glad I did!! They went under new management in late 2025, I signed my lease/moved in January 2026 and am so happy here. Filthy. they dont clean nothing everything is covered in trash day after day week after week... management sits in office and hides from residents caus there to scared. Dont reply to calls dony reply to emails lots of excuses.. they painted the parking area dark blue so now its even more hard to see if someone is breaking in to a car or vandalizeding or shooting up drugs..... all pictures taken at different days.. mess grows bigger and bigger and they do nothing
