ROACHES. I didn't read the reviews before moving in. At the time of my scheduled move in, there were approximately 25 dead roaches in my unit. I gave the office staff the opportunity to correct this by recleaning the apartment. They said they did, but when I came back about half of the same roaches were still in window sills, the cabinets, and even the hallway. One roach in the kitchen cabinet had been painted over. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I recently moved out from these apartments and cannot receive my deposit back. It’s been 5 months!! I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and they never answer. They give you false promises and never commit. During my stay, there would always be loud neighbors fighting and crackheads smoking in the bike alleys. My car has been regularly broken into and the assigned parking lot system is biased and idiotic. There is a so call “waitlist” I’ve been trying to get on and there’s never updates.
