I have lived in The Carton for more than 5 years. Res Prop took over about a year and a half ago and everything has gone down hill since. They have the most incompetent and unfriendly people working the front office. If you need anything done it takes multiple request, if it's even taken care of at all. The property is now unsafe due to "broken" gates all the time. Night security is a hit or miss. I have to say since they took over Southern Cove Apts in Tampa, the changes are very apparent. Perfect example the plumbing in my apt has been horrible since moving in 8 months ago in a "renovated apartment" Apartment is not renovated old appliances and horrible carpet. But when Ivan came to check out the apartment and saw what type of conditions they had us living in they were swift in getting everything in order. My family appreciates the effort.

I live at one of the properties they manage and have gone without hot water MULTIPLE TIMES for days at a time. Right now I have no hot water during this corona virus epidemic. This is unsafe and unsanitary.

Very poor and unprofessional staff people get trapped for a year because they don't want to loose money by breaking the lease but I'm going to do things different I have a lawyer standing by and geathering a stuff to have a strong case

The absolute worse ! Worst management, worst corporate, worst property I've ever experienced in my life . If you have any other option besides this place take it , or you'll regret it.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I have lived in one of their properties for 7 years, actually ResPropManagement is the 3rd owner I have dealt with. The property, Avesta Coronado Springs in Palm Springs Florida, is horrible. Laundry rooms are always disgusting, machines never work. We are forced to pay for a trash service that doesn't always pick up when they are supposed to. Your management team at maderia grove is the worst. For three weeks ive been trying to renew my lease and they have blown me off. Alsl these weekend was the first weekend for kids being out of school and the pool gate was locked both days.

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU'RE OKAY WITH COCKROACH INFESTATIONS, CONTINUOUS PLUMBING PROBLEMS, RAIN WATER FLOODING INTO YOUR APARTMENT HOME, WASHER/DRYER CONNECTIONS THAT DO NOT WORK/FIT...AND THEN EVENTUALLY FLOODS YOUR HOME, AND LOUD/DRUNKEN HISPANIC MEN THAT THROW THEIR GLASS BEER BOTTLES IN PARKING SPACES EVERY WEEKEND.
