omg is all I'm gonna say it looks great don't leave your dog with these monsters. Lupe Macias is the most fraudulent person I've every met no heart and soul in this woman. It a MIRAGE the building is nice very under staffed and there is no team work everyone is against each other. its a crying same truly pitiful what people that can not talk or remember there own names have to go threw
My cousin was housed here for rehab after surgery and the care at this place was beyond pitiful. She fell and was laying in the floor screaming for help and was then told if she wasn’t bleeding she was okay. They were not responsive to her needs and basically left her alone to figure out how to care for herself. I would NOT recommend this place.
Coronado At Stone Oak employs people that don't value black people! they post racial derogatory comments on facebook. if they say it publicly, imagine what there doing to people in the facility privately! Sarah Alicia Evans works here

My husband was in Coronado Stone Oak Oct. through Dec. 2016 for re-hab. There patient to nurse staff was very low. I hope in my heart I never go through a nursing home again. I really feel that most of the CNA's were there to make a pay check i.e. patient care. One CNA I like to bring to the forefront is Jason Sanchez. We had to re-home our Yorkie (Sassy).
