RecommendedNormally see Dr. Baum. Today I had an appointment with Kyle Daniels, PA. He was excellent. Took time to explain everything to me. Didn’t rush me thru. Would highly recommend him.
Dr. Baum is the best... Pre-op , Surgery and Post-op... and their Physical Therapy is the absolute best!!!
Dr is great, 2 surgery's and no problems! Excellent. Scheduling is a nightmare. Schedule then reschedule then reschedule. The office scheduler is very rude.
Dr Baum did surgery on my leg and put a plate in it back in 2001 at riverside general. I would like to thank him again 15 years later. He said i probably would have a great deal of problems when I'm old well doc don't sell yourself short. I'm 60 years old now and my leg has never ever given me a problem even when I walk or run. Thank you doc you are the best.
Just plan on long wait times and long time to get appointments
Murrieta location- My appt was at 9:10, I was asked to check in at 8:50 which I did and it's now 10am and I'm still not seem. I asked the girl at the front desk what the hold up was and she said that there were 2 patients ahead of me. It's 10 am and there are 2 patients ahead of me???!!!! What's the point of making an appt if there's over an hour wait? Horrible customer service if you ask me. They need a better system to schedule their patients or s better front office manager.
LOVE DR ALEXANDER LOVE MY NURSES!!! Can't stand every other person associated with this orthopedic!!! All these people that handle patient issues and front desk need to be replaced with people who will actually be there to help... Sry if you don't like your job quit... FYI THIS is the Murrieta Loma Linda Location
