This is the worst place for rehabilitation. The staff does not treat you as a human being. They make fun of you and talk negatively of you behind your back . They staff is the worst in treating patients . Never come to this place it’s a complete nightmare and hell

The willows unit of corona regional medical center is the worst possible place anyone struggling with mental health can stay at they do not help you or treat you and there’s no therapy or any group therapy they do for you. All the nurses are mean and dismissive and they do not care about you there and the only nurse that was nice was Lisa but I recommend no one going here because it is the worst place to go if you are struggling with mental health because the staff there truly does not care about you at all. Just a couple of exceptions, on the other hand, I did have a favorable experience for the most part with attentive staff who followed through and do their job very well. Too many to name, many CNAs l, RTs and Charge Nurse; Michael, Thank You!
I was a patient in the psych ward, for about a week and i was worse off after. I had friends tell me while i was inside that this didn't make them not want to try again. It makes them want to make sure they succeed in the attempt next time. And I believed the exact same thing at the time. The therapy was awful, and so very surface level. My therapy in the child's psych ward both times was more serious and effective than the paper sheets they gave us.
