A bunch of LIARS. I bought 2 pair of glasses back in Nov 2016. Was told that they came with SCRATCH WARRANTY. Took 1 pair in for repair, lens fell out of the frame. Lens are getting scratches from work. They repaired the frame, and reinstalled the scratched lens, telling me that they don't warranty plastic lens. Buyer beware!!!!! If they tell you that you have scratch warranty, MAKE THEY PUT IT IN WRITING. They will never get my business again.
I was there 04/11/17 and it is now 05/03/17. I called about 2 weeks ago and got transferred immediately to the lab and was told they will call me when it comes in. Well, I called again this morning and was transferred to Karen K. and was on hold for almost 4 minutes and she got on and said the lab tech accidentally dropped it so they will call me when it's ready. Dr Hartman is great. Very nice and made me feel comfortable.
Adelina was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I broke my glasses and, while the frames were not able to be fixed, she found another part and attached it so I can resume my holiday and am able to see - without having to buy a new pair of glasses. The store is very well run and stocks very nice frames. I am impressed!
