I called this morning for an appointment for a consultation on my dry eyes. I have had dry eyes for a long time and I was told by my doctor at Southwestern across the hall that they specialize in treating dry eyes. So I call this morning. 1st question of course my name 2nd question what insurance do I have? Then we get to the bones of the conversation. Today i did a walk in due to having some issues with my glasses and the customer service was awesome. The manager Karen and Francine took good care of me. i have been going to corona optical since i was a kid and i would recommend it especially if you are looking for nice glasses and hospitality......
Dr’s are wonderful as well as staff. Very professional & show empathy towards your eye health. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Monday September 14th will be the start of 4 weeks without my new glasses I ordered. I was told 2 weeks in day 1...checked back going on the 1st part of 3 weeks and they said they would speed it up. Well going on 4 and nothing. I just had 2 eye surgeries in order for me to buy new glasses...... and I cannot see without glasses. I am contacting my insurance company and will be filing a complaint and if I do not have them by next week i will also be filing a transaction dispute with my card company fir services ""not rendered"... read more
I do not recommend Corona Optique, and suggest people in this area go to nearby Algondones, Mexico, for a more reasonable vision resource. I was lied to and tricked into signing for $656 glasses when an associate said "I just need you to sign right here" as she turned up a paper to reveal the bottom of a credit card slip, obscuring the cost further up. The staff is always extremely polite and helpful. The office is set up perfectly for distancing and very clean. But it was always well kept before the pandemic.
