Dr. Chau Family Dentistry is a jewel in the Corona area. We were patients of the terrible corporate West Coast Dental and the difference in attention, treatment and care by Dr. Chau and his wonderful assistant is extraordinary. The moment we walked in we felt personally cared for, no waiting for hours, Dr. Chau cleaned our family's teeth and we all felt that we were important and all questions answered. The dr is friendly, but his assistant’s jokes came across as unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. It affected my overall experience, and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.
My first time with Dr Chau at Family Dentistry. I had a great experience on my first visit. Dr Chau and his assistant were very attentive and professional. Dr Chau was patient and explained every thing very clearly. I appreciate that he personally did my cleaning!
A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Chau and I'm SO GLAD she did! To start with, the office is very clean, nicely appointed, and smells good. The restroom has mouthwash, which I thought was a really nice touch. Arely, Dr. Chau's assistant, is friendly and super helpful. Even before I had my appointment, she texted me all the forms that I had to fill out so I could do that in advance. I also received reminders about my appointment via text and email.
