I always have a great experience at Chau Family Dentistry. The staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and truly cares about patient comfort. The office is clean, modern, and well organized. It was my first time at this office and everyone was very welcoming. Making the appointment online was easy and I got plenty of text reminders for my appointment. Dr. Chau took the time to get to know me as a patient and a person, rather than dollar signs. They’re very efficient as my appointment started on time and they got X-rays, exam and cleaning done in under an hour. The office is a little hard to find, so allow extra time for that.
Dr. Chau Family Dentistry is a jewel in the Corona area. We were patients of the terrible corporate West Coast Dental and the difference in attention, treatment and care by Dr. Chau and his wonderful assistant is extraordinary. The moment we walked in we felt personally cared for, no waiting for hours, Dr. Chau cleaned our family's teeth and we all felt that we were important and all questions answered. The dr is friendly, but his assistant’s jokes came across as unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. It affected my overall experience, and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.
