Where do I start. My 1st unit was flooded from upstairs daily. We got sick from mold growing in our walls and ac units. It took months for management to even do anything about it. We had to get our own mold specialist to prove we have mold. They moved us upstairs directly behind my old unit. There is a massive roach, pigeon and RAT infestation.
