Great experience for 1st coming here. Waited 30m(walk-ins) to be seen and had the best staff i’ve ever met, always smiling and gentle. They expained very detail about my case and set me up for the next appointment, also got an MRI order. My best decision
It sucks that being poor means you get THE WORST healthcare. I had private insurance for decades--the difference is night and day! None of the people who work at this facility would EVER be hired by a private practice! Unbelievably bad. Just stay at home and die in your own bed, go here and you'll be so much worse off, I promise you.
Maria and Araceli are the best front office personnel. They are cordial and extremely helpful. They make you feel like a human not a number like those other big insurance companies. The PA was also very helpful and very cordial. I have nothing but praise for the place for treating me as if I was checking into a resort
