I was originally going to come to this clinic for pregnancy testing/confirmation and making an appointment was no issue, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. The morning of my app., I got a call from the receptionist that the doctor who was going to see me was "not doing in-house appointments" and only doing video calls... how am I supposed to get tested for pregnancy through a video call?? To top it off, I was going to get billed a MINIMUM of $300 because I don't have medical insurance. I had to cancel my app... read more
I saw a lot of people working but service so low, call never pickup, doctors keep changing every time visiting, seem like doctors need to ask again and again, didn’t know the history of patient, very bad service all I can say
Their closing time for Urgent care is 9:00pm I went at 8:30pm my baby was sick. They already were closed no one was inside the whole parking lot was dark no lights nothing. This is a clinic a healthcare an urgent care facility to help people it should stay opem till the time they show on their website. Or change the timings. They need to stay open till the time they mentioned.

Came here for my dad’s blood test. He fasted all morning, I called twice to make sure labs were ordered and set to go before he fasted, the doctor came in, told us labs were closed, left, and we had to wait 30 mins to be discharged and still billed as if he were seen.
