RecommendedAngel made me feel comfortable and at ease. Knowing of my anxiety he communicated with me in time frames throughout the MRI. I was relieved and very appreciative. The girl in the office was kind and respectful. She watched me walk to my car because the parking lot does not have good lighting. Over all in not being fond of MRI’s it was a great experience. 5 ⭐️
I had an appointment at the Rancho Cucamonga facility, and I had to reschedule because the tube makes me field so much anxiety!So I went to Corona location and felt very comfortable in an open unit The tech and the front desk lady very nice people. Thank you for your help.

I originally had an appointment at the Rancho Cucamonga location and had to reschedule because I could not handle the tube. So I arrived at the Corona location and felt so much more at peace. Everyone there was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The tech was amazing and walked me through it all & double checked to make sure I was good. I highly recommend going to this location if you are claustrophobic or have anxiety!
Staff is friendly and efficient. The facility is clean and well organized. My appointment was on time and I was able schedule my MRI within a week when it was convenient for me. A Sunday appointment!
I supposed to get my MRI and MRA done. They'd only schedule me for MIR. NOW, I don't get my MRA done. I had a appointment on Dec 4 with my specialist. I don't have a result. Front desk staff is unfriendly and helpful.
