I called for a quote and after a couple of minutes I had received enough information to do the repair on my own, I had a small problem with the door opening and closing so I called again and spoke with ray who guided me through perfectly. I had to get off of the phone to get it right but he explained and walked me through the process with expert advice and knowledge of the unit and even more impressive was how neither one of them needed to see the unit to guide me. I called Cornwell door 7:15 on Monday morning and by 10:30 o’clock Weldon had replaced the broken spring and installed two new cables that broke on the sides.
