Paul, who came initially to give the quote, was very nice and pleasant. The 2 guys who came to install the door were not pleasant, nor did they do good work. I arrived shortly after they started. I said hello and told them to let me know if they needed anything as I passed them. They looked at me but didn’t even say hello back. They installed my new opener in April 2022. Everything was working fine until we got home from vacation when we kept getting a beeping. Could not figure out what was causing it so finally called Camp Hill office. A very nice woman answered and was able to tell me we had backup battery which needed replaced. Asked if we needed tech to come out or order battery from them. She informed me we didn't needed tech and could get battery at someplace like battery warehouse. I called for a quote and after a couple of minutes I had received enough information to do the repair on my own, I had a small problem with the door opening and closing so I called again and spoke with ray who guided me through perfectly. I had to get off of the phone to get it right but he explained and walked me through the process with expert advice and knowledge of the unit and even more impressive was how neither one of them needed to see the unit to guide me.
