The real rating is 0 stars, but system won't allow, we drove 20 min across town to not add to filling the hospital, arrived just before 11 30 am was told to go elsewhere as no appointments available. Don't wast your time with this usless non service, my son was treated for broken foot , given a moon boot all within 1hour at RBWH.
It was my first time visiting the cornwall medical centre and the service was absolutely splendid! I was attended to by one of the loveliest receptionists i’ve ever had the chance to meet, Gina, who was so very helpful with my inquiry and the services i required. she was so pleasant throughout the entire interaction which made the visit just that much better. she was also responsible for introducing me to the equally wonderful dr megan who took me in for treatment. the entire interaction was just wonderful and educational, i... read more
The team at Cornwall Street Medical Centre are absolutely wonderful. I brought my partner in for an arm fracture and we were lucky to get a last minute appointment with Dr Megan. She was so kind and understanding and fitted him with a new cast that was much more comfortable. She even bulk billed the initial appointment which we really appreciated. Waited 4 hours on a Saturday, extremely slow. Go to the private bulk billed doctors down the road instead
I was seen by Dr. Bowstead at the Urgent Care Clinic on Monday afternoon and he very quickly recognised that I most likely had appendicitis. I’m so grateful for his prompt judgment, as it turned out I did need urgent surgery. The nurse—Jake, I believe—was incredibly kind and even wheeled me in a wheelchair up to the hospital himself.
