I was seen by Dr. Bowstead at the Urgent Care Clinic on Monday afternoon and he very quickly recognised that I most likely had appendicitis. I’m so grateful for his prompt judgment, as it turned out I did need urgent surgery. The nurse—Jake, I believe—was incredibly kind and even wheeled me in a wheelchair up to the hospital himself. Have been going to Cornwall Street Medical Centre for many years now and always been very happy with the service there.
Rude and unprofessional staff just trying to put patients on pressure. They care money money more than their responsibility in providing a right service to customers
We had an appointment for my daughter and I have called the reception that I will be running late for 5 minutes due to traffic. They told that 5 minutes is ok but later that they will charge. We arrieved just 2 minutes late but the doctor visited us15 minutes later than that time. I understand the doctor's other patients time. But it is better when we call and are in rush to reach there to tell that doctor is with another patient and check with doctor first then let us know. 1.
