I am not usually a person that tends to write reviews about medical centres, however I had a horrible experience with Cornwall Street Medical. Firstly, despite them advertising themselves as a GP clinic, they are a very expensive version of Medicare's urgent care with even a worse quality of service . They can't pretty much do any tests for stuff that isn't acute, which is a waste of money given how expensive GPs are nowadays. This is a great medical centre, they have lots of GPs. Prompt and kind. The Medicare urgent care clinic is also here, and also physio and a pharmacy.
I've always found all the staff at the front desk to be friendly, helpful and professional. My recent visit, the lovely receptionist, Gina, went over and above helping me with a complex request, resolving the issue over the phone. I have been a patient for many years and with the support of this great team of friendly Receptionist, female Doctors and their caring Nurses,I feel that my health and well-being are in good hands Thank you High recommend The Cornwall Street Medical Centre.
