Receptionists are very rude over the phone, I have to claim after paying upfront, but they put my call on hold and never answered for half an hour. They are accountable for answering politely to international students who come here and struggle without any guidance and knowledge. This is not the right way to treat immigrants. We ask questions as we don’t know.
