*Invisalign Update at end of Review Dr. Walter's performed a double pre-crown procedure today. He was assisted by Lauren. My experience was pain free and went smoothly. I was asked numerous times throughout the procedure how I was doing and if I needed a break. Dr. Walter's is also very willing to offer as much or little "play by play" as you feel comfortable with. Dr. Walters and staff (Lauren) have changed the way I approach my dental visits. I know I'm in good hands every visit and trust them to provide 100% satisfaction each visit! Highly recommend!
I’ve never been late for an appt the 10+ years I’ve been with this office. Today there was heavy traffic from Harrisburg and I was 9 1/2 minutes late. They would not take me and made me reschedule. What was most frustrating is that I called in on Monday and tried to reschedule but they said they did not have a Monday or Friday appt until January. Magically today they had one available for Friday.
So the Dr's and hygienists are great. So kind and really know what they're doing. Staff, not so much. Please don't make me find a new dentist. Not gonna go into it. Too much explaining. Very unhappy right now.
