RecommendedStarted going, again, to help train for my first Triathlon, Ironman Syracuse 70.3, and started adult swim lessons with, first, Lisa. Then went to Wednesday’s class with Rudy. They have been so amazing and helpful!!! I have to thank them both, but Rudy is the MAN! He is knowledgeable and fun! Friendly atmosphere, clean facility, and I had an enjoyable workout using some equipment I haven't seen before.
Tim is awesome and is always good to great you upon entering. Facilities are great! Machines are clean and not outdated! It’s priced right and you get your money’s worth here as apposed to going to Planet Fitness or any other gym in town/village.
