AWFUL!!!! The workers were extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my family the entire time. Always had something to blow their whistle about. I will NEVER go back, my family and I will be paying more to rent a hotel for the pool then ever go back to this place. As we were leaving the manager was talking poorly about the YMCA customers. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I would give negative stars if I could.
Love lower management. Shady operations manager. Shes fine as long as she doesn't need to do anything. I was a life long YMCA fan for 35 years and after getting to see her in action, I will never step foot into that location. I love and appreciate so many great people under her. I would never trust my kids alone in that building.

By far the worst experience we have ever had at a Y facility.
My young cousin was treated with such bigotry that I'm amazed that this facility has not been shutdown. He was not allowed to swim in a certain section of the pool because he was African American. The media WILL BE NOTIFIED!!
